Default Rear End Sagging

Hey all, I have an 06 f150. I used to have a large heavy homemade bumper on it but today I took it off and replaced to with something else. I noticed that the back of my truck is sagging a bit. The front has a 2" level which I need for the 35" tires. The back has nothing except I changed the stock shocks to raptor takeoffs. What can I do to bring the back up a bit that won't change my ride quality. Add a leaf would make my ride stiffer correct?

Sweet.
How much sag are we talking here? Did you take a measurement yet? All i can think that it could be is worn leaf springs.

MIne does the same thing. I sag about 2" in the rear as compared to the front and I'm very certain that its worn leaf springs. In this case you can do a few things. You can do lift shackles or a larger block in the rear (easiest options), do an add-a-leaf (can be difficult and really firms up the ride), replace your leaf springs (no garuntee that it will bring it back up to completely level), or do airbags (thats what I'm going to do).

First make sure your leaf springs don't look like this,
Old Spring on top new springs on bottom. That was saddled over the axle.
Second If you prefer go to General Spring and Order a set the 2/1 is the Stock set, the 3/1 is Max Tow set and 4/1 like you see here is the HD Set, They will raise your truck up about 3" and make it ride like 3/4 or a 1 ton. My 2wd is as high as a 2009+ 4wd in the rear.

Be prepared to unbolt your gas tank and push it towards the center of the vehicle to get the Driver front leaf to frame bolt out.

No but talk about trails my 24' bay stealth so much better. Heck I doubt I need a WD hitch for a 25' camper any more. I actually thought I ordered the 3/1 set but to my surprise I goofed. So I said screw it, with 2-1/2" level it has factory 4wd rake, no block needed.

By adding a 1" rear block would it change my ride at all?
