Default Rear end noise

Have a “howling” noise coming from the rear end. Originally thought it was brakes but it still happens after new pads and rotors. Only happens in reverse and when the truck has been sitting a while.

All I hear is a "brakes dragging" kind of noise. If you replaced parts, greased up the caliper sliding set up, (pins or whatever) and used anti-rattle/anti-squeal on the pads, the only other thing is rust on the rotors after sitting. Normal, might make some unpleasant sounds at first.
