Default Rear bumper replacement

I have a 2007 F150 and I got in a little fender bender today. It bent my bumper back. I would like some suggestions on a replacement rear bumper. Should I go O.E. style or heavy duty style?
Here's the aftermath of the accident

I don't have an answer on the bumper, but check out superbumper.com. It fits your towing receiver and will help if you get rearended

just looked at that "superbumper" thing....kind of a joke....would NOT have helped in his situation....looks to me like a center to right impact....just my .02

Heavy duty would look best but only if it had a matching front IMO. I'm sure if you get a check from the insurance for a new OEM bumper from the dealership you'd have plenty to put towards aftermarket. Good luck!
