Default Rear Bumper Differences

I see replacement rear bumpers for my 2006 Ford F150 King Ranch that say "hitch" style (partslink #FO1103138) and others that are slightly more expensive that are "pull bar" style (partslink #FO1103142). Both say they replace the OEM part. Both have sensor holes and both are for towing packages. Which do I need? Will either work? What is the difference?

What style of rear bumper are you looking at, stock or aftermarket? Which company? I know on the 04s like mine with the tow package the hitch and bumper bolt together to the frame from looking for rear bumpers for mine I have found most places only built them for the 06-up for this reason. From what I understand the mounting of the hitch was changed for the 06-up but I could be wrong.
