So someone hit my back bumper pretty had we'll I was in school on Monday, and didn't leave a not or anything. We'll idk if I want to go through insurance or not yet because I found a chrome bumper for the truck but I want it ptm like it now.

Now my question is, can you paint a chrome bumper? Any help is greatly appreciated.
