Default Rear blocks

Hey guys I'm fairly new to this site and I got a lot of questions but I won't throw them all out there now. I have a 2005 fx4 5.4 with flowmaster 44s and a cold air. But I wanna lift it up a lil without spending 1300 bucks on a lift kit. So I was thinking about 3 inch blocks in the rear with a 2.5 in leveling kit. Do y'all think I can run stock shocks with this or would I need to get new ones? Any advise or opinion is appreciated.

you should already have 2" lift blocks in the rear since your a 4x4, its a stock block, you may need bigger than a 3" to get the lift you want
