Default rattle at low speeds

My 05 F150 5.4 automatic rattles some times when I am traveling at low speeds (usually first gear) and sometimes only when I let off of the accelerator. It sounds like it is coming from under the truck or engine but I guess it could be in the engine. The truck runs fine but it makes me wonder. I know that is not a lot of info but just thought I would see if anybody was experiencing the same thing. Thanks in advance
