Ok I got a 04 5.4 has 144,000 miles. Runs and drives smooth. Has the cam phaser issue but no noticeable loss in power or throttle response. My debate is should invest in getting the Phasers replaces or not?? I know sometimes getting it redone solves the problem and sometimes it dosent. Now idk if I want to drop x amount of dollars considering here in under 5 years I'll be get a different vehicle and the possibility it won't help?? So what's anyone's opinion on this situation??
