Default Random Plug

So I got bored the other day while sitting at a red light and managed to pull the cig plug out of the dash. I found this other wiring harness to the left going into a false plug. Any ideas?

On my truck thats were there is a button to turn off the back up sensors do you have those?....if not you probably can hook them up after you install them without any wiring because of that i have the same thing behind my dash that goes to power pedals that i dont have

Yeah...that would be for your reverse sensing system...if you had one. what did you find at the next light ??
