Default Rancho suspension questions?

Ok, so I can't decide on what to get for my truck. I like the Rancho Quick Lifts for the front and the Rancho RS9000XL's for the rear. I already have about a 3" level kit on the front of my truck. Will that quick lift just basically go in place of the leveling kit? I don't want to lose any height.

Also, when buying the rear RS9000XL's I've noticed there are different extended and compressed lengths. What makes the difference??

Yes the QuickLift replaces your spacers you put on. You retain your factory springs and place them on the new Rancho's. I have this set up on my 2WD XLT SCrew and love it. I am getting the Wireless On-Board control next month. I am not sure to your other question.

Ok, so the springs that are shown when you look them up online aren't part of the assembly??

you only get the front shock, you will use your OEM springs. Very misleading!!!

Correct, you retain, or use, your original spring. Since this is going to be done, it might be a good time to swap out to new coils. I did this, and in doing so, upgraded to Fx4 Spring Code (UUMM) and the truck handles great again with the added weight of the 35x12.5 MT. Even though they dont come with the springs, they are still a great product IMO.

Thats a wrong statement. The Rancho Quick Lift utilize the RS9000xl as the shock. You get the same height gain with these as you do when you ad a spacer on your factory strut, since Rancho relocated the base plate where your coil sits (they raised it). The rears are standard shocks RS9000xl shocks, but you can gain height by adding blocks or AAL.

I meant for the rear not the front, i know rs9000xl is used upfront with the factory coils, or replacements.
