Default Ram Air Intake

Hey everyone, I've started doing some upgrades on my truck. The next one I'm planning on doing is a ram air intake. Im thinking about putting a smaller spectre air intake filter down in the middle slot in bewteen the two fog lights on the bumper and running a large air intake hose from there up to the air box. Has anyone tried this? I was just wondering if it was worth doing or not? Thanks in advanced

do your research ram air isnt practicle unless your going well over 100mph, doesnt build enough pressure to be "ram air", youll see a difference only bc theres a new intake and what not, but not bc your getting "ram air".
