my buddy has a 04/05 screw, it has the Lariet package . the stereo was taken out and a aftermarket stereo was put in with a kit( plug and go ) , no wires were cut. the aftermarket stereo would not power up or work , the factory stereo was put back in to the truck and also WILL NOT WORK NOW??? has anyone had this problem ? is there any thing that can be checked ? any ideas would be a great help.

 

I would check fuses. That is always a good place to start.

 

did that , there all good , is there a security system or something on the radio ?
