does anyone know for sure what the diff is between the 6disc, and the shaker 500-1000, I know that there is an amp... is it all the same except the shaker writing on the radio and a bigger amp????

My factory radio has the chrome ***** around the edges, but most that I've seen don't have it was also wondering why that was. Do they make a shsker 1000 with the chrome around the ****..... I'd love to find one of those.
