Subscribed. I'm looking into the larger radiator for my 4.6, as I tow a lot here in central Florida, where the weather is now like the Mohavi desert.

Default Anyone got a number for these tools on transmission line fittings

I wanted to pull radiator out during engine rebuild but didn't have these tools so I got around doing that . But I can see I may need them one day . I am also looking for the number for tranmission pan with plug to drain fluid when I do next service . I have the 5.4 l 05 supercrew but I don't know which transmission . I guess I will have to study vin number . 2005 f150
vin 1FTPW12515FA39275.

Dorman makes a pan with a plug in it. I think the PN is 265-813 . I just bought the plug kit and modified my pan. You can search the forum here for the 'how to'.

Maybe a dumb question but will the fan shroud rub on it since it is larger or will there be enough room for the fan?

So I got the bigger size radiator and everything fits other then the lower hose. Mine is 1" 1/2 diameter and the one on the new radiator is 1" 3/4 my question is did this happen to anyone else and if so what did you do to fix it?
