Default Quiet "blip" noise while driving

So in the last week or two I've noticed there's a tiny little quiet "blip" noise that happens intermittently.

It comes through the car speakers, it's not a chime, it's not a beep or a chime sound, but more of a "blip" noise. I can't, for the life of me, place it. There's no warnings, no lights, no codes, all my other chimes work (door ajar, lights on car off, doors open keys in, etc).

This doesn't happen, as far as I've noticed, at any given time, it's just at random. It started happening before the last round of maintenance I had done, so I'm pretty sure it's not that. It's just so weird.

Do you have OEM or aftermarket stereo?

OEM head unit.

And the blip only happens once, when it happens. It could happen once during a drive, twice, not at all. It's a mystery.

My old cell phone would cause something similar (iPhone 5s). I don't remember which cell phone feature triggered it, but it would happen when the phone was on the dash or in the ash tray. Not when it was on the passenger seat or in the console. Even if the radio was off.

I think I finally guessed that it was when the phone was looking for a new cell tower, which is a fairly high power operation.

I guess. I noticed it this morning when going around a corner.

Going to drive the next couple of times without playing the radio and see if I can catch exactly when it's happening.

On the drive in this morning, got a blip when I first made it up to 50mph heading down the road. No turns, no warning lights, no nothing. Then when I made it to 50mph the second time, nothing. Even did it the same way.

This is starting to eat at my vaunted troubleshooting ability.
