If its your typical Double-DIN, then no.
I installed one for my friend's 2007 F150, it was a perfect fit.

Although rare, not all Double-DIN radios will be the same in size & dimensions.

You may have some gap exposed after installation (without a dash kit), or you may have one that'll be 1/8" too high or wide.

If you ordered from Crutchfield, they should tell you immediately.

Go to crutchfield.com. Add your vehicle, find the stereo you have, or at least the same size, add to cart, and see what trim pieces they try to sell you, and thats what you need.

Yes. I ordered mine from Crutchfield and they included both the wiring harness and the dash install kit. You're definitely going to need it because it's different than the factory radio dimensionally. I got a JVC 6.25" touchscreen from them on Black Friday

Here's a link to just a general search I did for ya. It's easy to navigate the site if you pay attention to what they tell you

No worries, sounds good! Crutchfield has a great website, and great customer service. Bought a few things from there. Always good to compare prices with other sites, but the vehicle documentation is pretty nice. Similar info in a Chilton manual, but there's are really well written. I believe they are pdf's now.
