Default Quick MAF Cleaning Question

Cleaning my MAF today, I can't get this cleared up cuz everyone just says to spray the **** outta the sensor, then they're saying to not touch the wires inside it? Do I spray it with the cleaner inside and outside or just the outside.. Cannot screw this up please help...

When you spray, you want to spray into the little opening with the little wires in it. This is what measures your airflow. When people say don't touch the wires, they mean don't touch them with any tools or your fingers and what not.

Ahh ok an do we spray the outside as well or does that not matter?

The outside is not a big deal, but wiping it down couldn't hurt.
