Default Quick Ball Mount Question

I have a completely stock 08 F150 KR with the factory hitch. Do I need to get any type of drop ball mount? or do I need a completely straight one? Towing a small uHaul next weekend.

The goal is to keep the trailer as close to level with the road as possible. I haven't paid much mind to the mini uhail trailers, but I would assume you're going to need at least a couple inches of drop.

If you want to be exact, measure your hitch from the ground, then the trailer tongue from the ground when level. The difference will be the drop you neef to have. That's also providing you balance the load inside the trailer.

I have an 06 XLT on 18" (stock from the Lariat, I believe) with ~32.5" equivalent tires. I towed a small uhaul flatbed with a 2" drop mount, no problems.

Also, anyone know what the factory trailer hitch is?
