First, am I correct in thinking that the lug nut thread for a 2006 F150 6-lug pattern is 14x2.00?

Secondly, is there a minimum length for a lug nut for this application.

Thirdly, taking first and second into consideration, does anyone know of a good site or place to get black lug nuts for my F150? I am looking for matte black if possible, but black chrome will do if they do not make a matte.
