Default question about trans noise after programmer

i just installed an edge evo cts programmer. i first loaded level 1 trans only mods and took it for a spin. then i came back played around with some things and decided level 2 would be better. i loaded level 2 and adjusted a few of the parameters. the parameters i changed where trans shift firmness. i increased them all by 10%. went out and test drove the truck. on both trans only mods wich i left canned and level 2 where i bumped up the shift firmness i can hear a noise similar to gear whine or really low tire noise. this was not present before the programming, at least i did not notice it. is this noise normal after programming or is it something i should worry about? truck is an 06 150 4x4 5.4 flex with 160k on the clock.

when its moving. i have driven the truck more since the last programming and it seems quieter to the point its nearly imperciptable. maybe it was things settling.

i just got the truck a few days ago so im in the process of going through everything. trans service is on the list and not too far from the top.
