Default Question about rims

I'm planning on getting new rims really soon and am confused about offset. I currently have 18" stock fx4 rims. I want the new rims to be in the same spot or if not, very close to the same. I don't want them to stick out. I am stuck between 2 different rims. Here they are:

MB Wheels TKO black with 25mm offset with 6 inch backspace.

Helo HE878 black with -12 offset.

Which would be as close to stock? I plan on putting my LT285/65r18 nitto trail grapplers on them.

If I remember right the stock FX4 wheels are something like +35 offset, so the MB's with +25 would be close.

The positive offset will be closer to stock. The negative offset will stick out from the wheel wells. So the mb's would be closet to stock.
