Default question about edge cts

recently bought an 06 f150, more recently i bought and installed and edge evo cts. i have been running and tunning the cts for a couple of weeks now and in doing some research decided i would do an update. so go to the truck, returned to stock, started fusion, connected cts, and let the computer do it thing.

fusion said an update was available so i went ahead and had it go through it. i was a bit suprised it had an update but not totally. anyways at the end of the proccess it said update was successful and that custom f150 specific files were loaded, or something to that effect. anyways, computer and cts said it was ok to disconnect. closed fusion removed usb from cts and tried to see what changes had been made.

this is were the problems started. the edge would not power down nor switch screens. it was locked on the power up screen and still said it was ok to disconnect the computer. after turning the key on and off and opening the door trying to get it to power down or do something i finally pulled the plug off the obd port. this powered it down. reconnected to port turned key on and powered up the cts. went through the menus and the only change i could find was the tire size in the custom tune section of my current level two tune. it gave an actual tire size now where before it only said stock.

my question is did i loose my update when i disconnected the cts from the obd port, or is that really the only f150 specific file, customization, whatever they call it change that was made? btw my custom tune had not changed at all, i dont know if it should have or not after the update.
