Just curious, why do you need to remove the heads?

plug broke off,then plug removale tool broke in plug.i used a used tool dont know if that had anything to do with it.but if there is a next time will use a new one.also motor was only warm,and buy the time i got to the last one it was stone cold,seems like it has to be hotter next time.
