Puff of grey exhaust...

I just noticed a puff of grey smoke at start up this morning and quickly went away on my 5.4 06 F150. Do I need to be concerned?

I hope so...I maintain the truck really good...do you recommend cleaning it from any carbon build up? If so, how would I do it myself?

Induce some Seafoam through the brake booster and run a bottle in your tank at the next fill up.
