What are the pros and cons of upgrading to a 20" fx4 rim vs my stock 17" xlt rims? Would be going from a 265/70R17 to a 275/55R20

 

im wondering if you would be able to use a wider tire. Would the 20" rim clear the steering knuckle where it meets the UCA? I have factory 17s and I run 265/70/17 and only have about a finger space between the tire wall and the UCA/knuckle joint. I'm wondering the same thing.

 

I am running 275/55R20 on my 2004 f150 fx4 stock height with no rubbing.

 

Oh well lol selling my tires soon anyway and there brand new!!
