Default projector headlights or HID

ok so i'm trying to figure this out. I like the way the Projector headlights look....the Halo ones....or if they're the same...uh w/e....anyway. i was thinking bout getting those but i see they have a different style bulb? is that correct? i was about 2 seconds from ordering my HID lights when i noticed this and i didnt want to order the lights and not be able to use them in the new headlights if i get them? any input?

Thanks
Tom

I have the Anzo Projector/Halo headlights and all I did was email their tech support and they told me the new bulb size.

HID for the win. That's what I'm going with. Projectors hate the looks of them, love the light that HID produces.

projectors are the housings that you are supposed to put hids in. they don't work properly in reflectors and blind others.

I wish they made projectors for us without the gay halos. No offense to anyone that has them but unless you own a BMW...you're not fooling anyone.

I'm kinda an *** though when it comes to this topic though. I'm really just looking out for myself as far as being able to see. The bmw's that have projectors blind me just as much so I don't understand why it's ok for some to blind because it's stock, but not others.

Not saying you're wrong cuz I know you're right. I just don't care if I blind others as long as I can see.

Like Dilloncawthon said, the projectors don't have the right housing for HIDs and kill the extra light. Projectors have a cutoff at the top of the beam, which is what gives them there unique look.

also though there is a guy that makes projectors for our trucks that look completely stock but have a bixenon projector in the middle of the reflector circle. they are pricey though, i think around $650.
