I have a Gryphon and wouldn't put anything else on my truck. I have used alot of different programmers and the Gryphon is by far the most impressive for out of the box power and mileage.

 

No issues with my Edge Evolution and I bought it used.

I have the 1865 super chip flashpaq and I am very impressed with it. Without the chip I get 10-11mpg city and 14 on the interstate. This is with a 6'' lift and 35'' nitto mud grapplers 35X12.5X18. With the programmer on mpg mode and the setting changed to 35'' tires and 373 gears I get 17mpg all day on the interstate at 68mph. The city I get 12-13, high 13's if I really watch it and a solid 12 If im not watching it and driving somewhat fast. I wanted the edge but the flashpaq came with the truck when I got it so i'm not complaining. It has the full K&N CAI kit and a flowmaster muffler. Hope this helps!

 

got the edge cs and have no complaints whatsoever... should've been my first mod..

 

Idealy, you could find a people with the different brands installed and see how they operate and look.
I went with the "old" style Gryphon from PHP. (It's an Edge that is modded by PHP so it can be custom programmed.) I'm happy with it.

 

Out of the box its called an Edge...then gets customized to a Gryphon.
