Default Programmer or chip

I was thinking about getting either a Superchip or Edge Programmer or something along the lines of those products, if anybody has one and can tell me if they actually make a difference before I drop that kind of cash it would be awesome!

I have the SCT on my 04 5.4 and I am satisfied with it! I am only running the canned tunes and it's more peppy when you get on the gas! I have heard good things about the edge too! I had a superchips on my old dodge and i wasn't impressed with it though. I felt like it didn't do anything

They defiantly make a difference especially if you get custom tunes. I have a sct itsx and I love it also because with the sct it allows me to view vital engine info by giving me extra gauges. And I have custom tunes through more power tuning and they gave my truck even more power then the tunes that came on the tuner

Thanks. My speedo is 10 mphs faster than I'm going. So if my speedometer says I'm going 70 I'm only going 60. I've heard the programmer will allow me to adjust the size tires, is this wrong?

The gryphon is a great programmer, check it out, you can change tunes any time for all of your upgrades and change tire size manually
