I have a gryphon with canned tunes. I normally run lvl2 87 oct towing. This thanksgiving holiday I'm making a 350mile round trip and wanna use lvl3 performace 93oct. Do I need to let my gas get so empty fuel light comes on then fill up with 93 oct. Or can I fill up from a quater tank and switch to level 3 with no problems? I don't wanna mess up my programmer or motor lol. And also once I am done running on lvl 3 with 93 oct can I switch back to lvl 2 with 87 oct while still having 93oct gas in the truck? Just wondering any and all info welcome. Taking the trip late wend. night.

 

No one has any input? I bought mine used or I'd be flipping threw my owner manual lol . Please any insight would be great!

 

Leave it where it is, you won't notice any difference with the 93 tune.

 

Well I always run 93 oct gas with no eathnol on long trips unno why just a habit I guess lol, I even do it in my cars ;o!

 

Level 3 requires 90-93 oct. so when you mix some 93 and a lil 87 you will still be good.
