Default problem with wheel shake

I have a '06 screw lariat, and seems when it sits for a day or so, and i hop on the interstate the wheels seem to be out of balance for a while, the steering wheel shakes and is annoying. It seems to go away after a while. Anyone know what this may be from or how to fix it? I have the stock 20s on with pirellis.

I had the same problem on my truck when i had the original tires on it. It all happened after i put some slime in the tires to help with punctures. Have you done this to your tires? It was even worse in the winter months.

My truck does the same thing. Had the tires balanced a couple of times and found out it was the tires out of round. The BF Good For Nothings were out of round where the BF Goodrich logo is. After setting for a while and when the tires are cold they seem to flat spot. After 2500 miles the dealer is getting me a new set. Hope the new ones are better. I think the OEM tires are low quality and thin to save on cost which contributes to the flat spotting.

the stock 20"s are very prone to flat spotting after sitting for more than a day!! The vibration tsb says to drive for atleast 20 mi before attempting to diagnose a vibration concern
