Default Problem with retrieving keyless entry code - Forscan

I hope I am posting this in the right place. I have a 2008 Ford F-150 FX4 and I have Forscan v2.3.60 on a Dell laptop. I also have the ELM327 OBD2 Car Diagnostic Scanner Adapter w/ Switch. I have been watching videos on YouTube on how to retrieve the factory keyless entry code and this isn't working for me. I know that there are two ways to get it. One is by clicking on the Wrench and finding something that says Read Factory Keyless Entry Code. Which isn't there... And the other way is by clicking on Read PID Data and finding the Factory Codes - Keyless Entry. The problem with this one is that I do not see anything called BdyCM. I checked through the full list of data and that's not in there. I do see PATS Programming but I am not adding any new keys at this time. So, what's the deal? Why am I not able to get the door code?

Pretty sure you can't do that with an 11th gen. Probably available on newer models, but that doesn't mean it applies here.
To retrieve it you will need to remove the rear seat back if it's a super or crew cab, or the inside corner trim if it's a single cab. The code will be printed on the BCM/vsm module

Yeah. It's a SuperCrew. We already tried to remove the back seat. I researched it a bit and figured out what to do, but it just won't budge. I even had somebody helping me with no luck.

I've removed mine a couple times. Once you figure it out it's not that hard, but yeah figuring it out the first time is a bit tricky. If you don't have a helper you can use a piece of 2x4 or something to keep the first side from sliding back down while you unlatch the other side. Having a helper spread open the gap under the seat back might help so you can see where to poke the long screwdriver

I've never tried that. We were sliding our hands behind the seat and pulling the tab back and then tried to lift the seat up while doing so. But it never budged. All we had to show for it were tore up hands, lol. I guess I'll try the screwdriver trick with a friend. Thanks for the suggestion.
