i was quoted the following, let me know if im getting a good deal or need to negotiate:
Heres a quick estimate of your request.:

2007 F150 FX2 supercrew

ReadyLift 2" Level Kit - $229.95

Nitto Terra Grapplers 285/70-17** $240.53 x4

$962.12

Install $150

Alignment $125

Mount/Balance $125

Total with Tax + Labor out the door =

$1688.63

i was thinking same thing, can find other brand of levels online for half price. is the ready lift a better quality lift?

I wish I could help you lol... I'm just like you I have no clue. I do know that they sell level kits for $50 depending on the brand... That was quoted from a guy who had a new lifted truck.

Way too expensive for a level! If it's just the front you are doing it can be had for 100 or less. It's just a spacer so find the cheapest one.

I think the mount balance and alinement are both high as well typical mount and balance are 15-20 a tire and alinement should be 60-90 a hour and it won't take more than a hour to aline a front end from a level kit. Labor for the install does seem reasonable though

mount and bal $20 a tire Max

I got 305/70/17 Terras for $250x4 even from discounttiredirect. I got them mounted/balanced from tire kingdom for 9.99 each and alignment for 69.99. Bought my 2.5" level from Rough Terrain for $45 shipped and installed myself.

i think techrep hit the nail on the head. Look around on here for levels too i bought a daystar 2.5 in level for $60

Yea level kit seems a quite high. Search your tire size on eBay, discount tire center has a shop, best prices I've found far and away.
