Default Premier Transmissions

Heres my story:
Just like a lot of us on here, i blew up my transmission last year in July. Luckily i was deploying 2 weeks later so i made a little extra money while i was gone. I found a place in mesa, arizona that would rebuild a heavy duty trans. with a shift kit for $1800. Thats about half the price of a stock one from ford. So i bought it and had it shipped back home and my dad took it to get installed. First they sent me one for a 2 wheel drive and i had to send it back to get the right one (mines 4x4). After having it installed, my dad drove it and send it felt the same as the stock one (anyone whos ever been in a vehicle with a shift kit KNOWS they make a difference you can feel). I called them when i got back home (in february) and they said it definetely had one in and it was the right transmission. Whatever. Last week when i went to pass a car and my transmission slipped (which it has been doing for a while) and when it caught 3rd gear, it ripped it out, along with 4th and overdrive. I thought "no big deal, its under warranty" (after the $400 tow bill). ive been calling them since mondayand the only answers i can get are "We'll call you back later" "Were under new ownership" and "We cant replace it since were under new ownership" BULL****! theres no reason that a transmission that less than a year old with about 12,000 miles on it should blow up. AND i bought the extended 3 year warranty.

Morale of this story:
Dont buy anything from Premier Transmissions. Not even a candy bar. They WILL rip you off!

Giving Arizona a bad name. Not that Mesa needs any help...
