I am buying sunvisors with lights on them to replace mine in a 08 supercrew that doesn't have them. I am wondering if the wires to connect them are already there or if I have to run a 12 volt line. I havn't tried taking the originals off yet to find out but would like to hear from someone that has experience with this.

 

Some fords have all of the wires ran, and some dont. Your best bet is to take the 2 or 3 screws out and take a look for yourself.
