Default Power window help

Has anyone done a power window swap on the base model trucks? Need help on getting ideas to do it, any advice will be appreciated.

I did, it was awhile ago, kit went out on me, looking for a new way to do it or different kits

Yes the metal line that runs the gears to turn the crank.

Why not fix that vs start over from scratch ?

I bought a kit from Amazon and put it in, but the kit failed on me so I’m wondering how other people did it
