Default Power sliding rear window problems

My power sliding rear window seems to struggle to open when it's about 3/4 of the way. Has anyone had this problem?

I've cleaned out the track and lubricated it with graphite and I still can't get it to open smoothly

Forgot to mention, it closes smoothly the whole way.

A new motor? I would think it would either work or not

Sounds like the cable is most likely binding up.

No I have not figured it out yet. I'll check to see if the cable is kinked.
