Default Power Gains

Which would give me more of a power gain on the bottom end: aftermarket exhaust, or a Edge Programmer?

I just installed a level kit and 33's going to pick it up today and already thinking about the next step!

4:10 gears and programmer should start you off pretty good, then if your funds can handle it, exhaust, headers no cats, true duals

ahh so you would not only have to replace the rear but fronts as well, you could get away with just replacing the rears, but giving warning that if you do do this and change to 4 hi, you may have to replace more than just gears for the front. or just put in a higher stall on it to where as soon as you stomp on the gas, instent power will go to the growned and not be drawn so much by your crank

Default gains

Cold air intake gave me the most noticable gain for the least aggrevation( install ) CAI or cat back duals , I found, were pretty close cost wise but , got more power and fuel economy w/cai.

I may grow older but, I will never grow up.

Tuner will be by far the most drastic change in the performance of your truck (short of the trans work and re gearing Drew recommended). Most CAI and Exhaust gains are psychological.

Programmer definitely gave me the biggest drivable difference. Not as much power but just everything works better, transmission shifts, power band, etc, etc.

Very true, for cheap price go with programmer and CAI, cant go wrong at all there! speaking of programmer, anybody know of a trouble code p0605, for some reason every time i install the programmer it throws this code! I know it has to do with ECU but has anybody experienced this situation and knows how to adjust it to where the code will not be thrown
