I'm not a stickler on the year the F150 is, I think they all look great, when I started posting here though I was in the wrong year, maybe that's why I was ignored.

Well, if someone with the grille (04-08 preferrably) can get me some measurements, I can get started before I order my grille. I don't think it would take too long to get some test pieces printed out.

Currently I'm busy doing cabinet installs, I'll get those exact dimensions to you asap, the letters are not simple cut and dry, it's beveled and because of the grille slant, it's like looking straight at it but with the lettering leaned back a bit, give me a day and I'll get those.
