Have any of you replaced it with the upgraded one and noticed a significant improvement?
I don't have a binding issue, it's just that I've redone my front end and it doesn't feel tight over bumps and ruts.
They improved it for a reason. Now was it for safety only, or is it what's feeling shaky.
It's not cheap, so any opinions would be much appreciated.

The improvements are for corrosion resistance. I doubt it would make any difference if you have no binding. How are the conditions of your tires. Worn tires could give you a loose feeling, especially if everything else is new.

Thanks dozer, my tires are fine, I just wanted to hear from someone who's actually done it, and (I know guys have) what their results were.
Always looking to get more out of it.

If you don't have binding problems, I doubt you'll notice a difference. If your front end has a loose feeling, I would look to other parts that have a bigger impact, like sway bar end links, struts, and tie rods.
