I can definitely replicate it. I'll see what I can do.

Sounds like coil packs to me, i was having the same problem 15,000 miles after having my plugs changed, put some new coil packs on and it runs great.

my 2006 5.4L was doing the same thing when I first picked it up with 65K miles. Replaced the plugs and catalytic converters, the cats on mine at least were fouled up. They have a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty through Ford whether you're the original owner or not. If you have your plugs done, have your cats checked too.

I kinda have the same problem but mine will vibrate not jerk. Mine is intermittent and only happens when in OD at low RPM. Dealer cant figure it out cause its hard to reproduce. I have no CEL but will the computer store codes even though the CEL is not on?

Took to the shop yesterday to have them change the plugs. He wanted to try fuel filter first and then coil pack. Neither fixed it and actually made it idle rough which it had never done before. He decided to change plugs then as I said first.

Well, they broke one in the head so my truck is still in the shop. Supposed to get it today. Will let you know if it is running better.

Got my truck back and it runs like it did the day I got it. Spark plugs fixed it.
