Possible Exhaust Issue

I have noticed that my exhaust tips have water come out of them from time to time. Question is, is that normal? If not what can I do in order to fix this issue? Thanks Guys.

Extremely normal...its just condensation forming inside and then once you start it up the condensation comes out the pipes as liquid.
