It's your battery- go get a new one. There is probably a dead cell or two.

Seeing as how it's only a month old, I'd take it back to where it was bought, have it tested, then replaced if nessesary. It should still have a warranty if it is bad.

I did not catch the fact that it was a month old- definately get it test. There are bad "new" batteries out there. IO was at a local auto section of a retail chain and they had a battery with a manufacture date of 5/10. This battery was a over a year old already- just sitting on the shelf.
