poor shift?? throttle lag?? IDK??
OK...2005 5.4 with K&N CAI
I cleaneed the MAF and throttle body today and afterward i tried a new 0-60 on my Edge EVO and under WOT the shifts would slow and pause and then shift and then acceleration would continue..inbetween shift points, the accel was fine. I do have a custom 91 tune from PHP. Do i need to reload the tune since I have cleaned out the MAF et al.. is there something else i should look at.. if i was on 80-90% throttle, the accel was great and the shifts did not have a problem

Did you unhook your battery? If so, your truck is still in relearn process, takes a few miles.
Also, I would just to recalibrate your pedal. Search diamondbird trick.
Then, I would set your truck back to stock, and see if it's an issue with your tune.
