Neither, but its you truck. of what value is a ram air hood? You can get cold air via the intake, either closed or factory. No choice for neither in your poll.

I have a leveling kit, this picture shows it better.. should i get it lifted higher if I get flares? how much will a lift cost I dont have unlimited cash

dont get flares without atleast 6" lift. they make your wheel wells look huge and goofy, especially if you dont have big tires. Hood looks kinda retarded IMHO. Buy some actual performance parts. Exhaust or a CAI or a chip.
