Default Plug change time!!!

Can anyone recommend a reliable and trusted shop in the Atlanta area (preferably the east side) that knows how to change the plugs in a 2004 F150 with the 5.4L 3v Triton engine? Since the plugs apparently are notorious for breaking, it's not something I want to try myself since I don't have an extraction tool for any that break. I'm sure any of the local dealers have had plenty of practice with the worst design possible but I don't want to take out a second mortgage to pay them.
