Default Plug change

Just talked to a service advisor at Ford, they said that I shouldn't have any complications when I change my plugs and that its only in the 5.4. I'm skeptical though since I was told different last time I was here. Would like to see what everyone else thinks. I btw I have a '04 4.6

Wells that's a relief to know. I'm going to just do it myself instead of throwing away $300 bucks! I've been putting it off for such a long time too! Lol
