I have filled the tank with premium no enthanol fuel from a different location and it made no difference. I even topped it up again to see and there is still no change.

 

Bad gas maybe

 

Pulled both fuel rails and turned the key on, injector on cylinder 5 was pouring fuel no stop. I will replace that injector and the spark plug on that cylinder and hopefully all will be well again.

 

Just thought I should let everyone know, that I replaced the injector and spark plug on cylinder 5. I also changed the fuel filter and the engine oil. The truck is running top notch again. thanks to everyone for the info.
