im sorry for posting this but my boss wants to see his own topic. he has a 2007 with the 4.6L/extra cab. he wants to know what programmers gives the best mpg, he doesn't care about hp. if you have a 04-08 4.6L with a programmer with stock tire size please post your brand of programmer and your mpg please!!!! thanks

The Edge Evo has a canned tune for Economy. You can get custom tunes made to the specific truck, and can request that it be made specifically for maximum efficiency.

My Diablosport has preloaded tunes for stock, or for performance with different CAI parts. Again, you can have a custom tune made for it to upload. I think the Edge/Gryphon is a better choice though when it comes to custom tunes.

itll take awhile to recoup the price of the tuner, tell him modding for MPG's isnt really cost effective.

That's true.. Unless his mod is to swap to a 4 cyl engine.
