I thought about chrome or even painted lower body panels, but I think that might be too much. Chrome bedrails would work, but I have a solid fold tonneau on the bed and I don't think they would fit.

Looks good! The front bumper did that just bolt right up and do the fogs work or are they not wired up? I have the same bumper you had and want to replace it with the bumper with fogs like you did!

The bumper just bolts on. On my 2007 XLT, the wiring was present from the headlight switch to the fuse panel, as well as the fog relay. You have to replace the headlight switch with one with the fog light, which is just a plug and play replacement. The wiring from the fog light relay to the bumper is missing and that is the only part you have to wire in.

Ok thanks! A few more ques. Where did you get the bumper, fogs, and fog mounting hardware? Also where did you get the headlight switch and the wiring from the relay to the bumper did you just use a positive and ground wire? Thanks!

You can get everything on ebay. I'll PM you some links.

As I mentioned, on my 2007, all the wiring and relay was there except the wires from the fuse panel to the fog lights. You basically connect up to empty Pin 12 of connector C270A at the fuse panel and run it as the positive wire to the fog lights. The ground/return from the fogs can just connect to the bumper itself.

Maybe painting the top part of the side mirrors the body color?
My only suggestions would be maybe some rain guards on the windows. I got them because it just breaks up the side of the truck.

Other than that maybe a thin pinstripe. You'd be surprised how much of a difference it makes. If you don't like it you can just take it off.

I've also thrown around the idea of painting the gray on the wheels a gloss black. I photoshoped them and I still can't decide if I want to do it.

You're truck looks much better with the work you've done. Not bad for someone from MA.

The pinstripe might work, and maybe a more prominent 4x4 sticker. With my current color, the factory decal doesn't stand out at all.

I think the black wheel accents works on your truck. Maybe plasti-dip it to try it out? Don't they have a glossifier now?

Still to come: wheels and mudflap weights (like on semis)
