i have an '05 5.4, and i have a dash mounted Gryphon it has never been a problem except for PHP lousy service, would there be any advantage to switching to 5 Star tuning, as for FE i am happy with what i am getting, would 5 Star be able to get more HP TQ out of my engine vs PHP, any and all comments would be greatly appreciated

 

The power numbers will be the same with either PHP or 5star. Bill does take the time to do the transmission strategy slightly different than other tuners so there is an advantage there. What "lousy" service did you have with PHP? Have you called and discussed the issue with them?

 

no i have not i have everything i need now, my problem was always trying to get a hold of them i still think they are one of the best tuners out there if you have the patence to deal with them
